Industrial Cleaner/Wastewater Attendant
Mid Shift 2pm-10pm or Night Shift 10pm-6am
$18.50 to start includes shift differential
Are you mechanically inclined with a knack for minor maintenance and light calibration Do you have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule If so we have the perfect opportunity for you!
As a Wastewater Technician you will:
- Spend 60% - 70% of your time sanitizing cleaning and pressure washing our equipment in a detailed manner.
- Dedicate 30% - 40% of your time to sampling reporting data collection and performing assigned maintenance tasks.
- Light equipment Maintenance - change small hoses disassemble clean and reassemble pumps connect piping and use basic hand tools.
- Operate a forklift to handle chemicals that typically come in 55-gallon drums or 33-gallon totes.
- Work in challenging conditions with foul odors from wastewater and damp dirty surroundings.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for shift reports in Excel and create documents in Word.
- Adapt your schedule to include weekend work typically every other Saturday with possible flex hours during heavy sanitation times.
