Job Summary

Project Engineer Civil Engineering Design

We are seeking a full-time qualified and motivated Project Engineer with 23 years of progressive experience in the design of private subdivision and land development projects.

Qualifications:

BS in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
EIT or PE certification (preferred)
Relevant continuing education or coursework
23 years of progressive design experience in land development

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Hydroflow and Microsoft Office
Understanding of stormwater management E&S design grading utilities and road profiles
Familiarity with zoning stormwater subdivision and land development regulations

Responsibilities:

Design subdivision and land development projects across residential commercial retail industrial and institutional sectors
Review and apply zoning subdivision stormwater and other regulatory requirements
Prepare sketch plans site plans grading utilities and road & utility profile plans
Assist senior designers and prepare design packages reports and submissions
Collaborate regularly with project managers and team members to coordinate goals schedules and project progress
Manage time effectively and communicate project status frequently
