Job Summary

Job Title: Tire Technician

Location: Kolar Tire & Auto-Three Forks Montana

Position Overview:

Kolar Tire & Auto is seeking a skilled and dependable Tire Technician to join our team in Three Forks Montana. As a Tire Tech you will be responsible for inspecting repairing mounting and balancing tires as well as assisting customers with their tire needs. You will ensure high-quality service maintain a clean and safe work environment and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
-Inspect tires for wear damage and proper inflation

-Mount balance rotate and repair tires for various vehicle types

-Operate tire changing and balancing equipment safely and effectively

-Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

-Keep the shop clean organized and safe at all times

-Assist customers with tire-related questions and provide excellent service

-Adhere to company policies safety procedures and OSHA standards

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Previous experience as a Tire Technician preferred (but we will train the right candidate)

-Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-Valid drivers license and a clean driving record

-Excellent customer service and communication skills

Physical Requirements:

-Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs

-Standing bending and moving for extended periods of time

-Ability to work in varying weather conditions
