Job Summary

NIGHT CONCIERGE

Night Concierge - Full Time 38.5 Hours per week with the opportunity to work additional hours (4 nights on 4 night off rota)

Ely Young Peoples Project provides supported accommodation for up to 15 young people aged 16-21 years who would otherwise be at risk of homelessness and assists them towards independence.

We are seeking individuals who are motivated committed and creative; who feel confident and assured when working with young people and who can respond effectively to opportunities and challenging situations.

As Night Concierge you will work Waking Nights of 11 hour shifts a rota pattern of 4 nights on 4 off and be responsible for all aspects of health and safety of the building safeguarding and well-being of our young people between the hours of 21:00 pm 08:00 am.

You will play a key part in the documentation of the handovers and recording of any incidences or accidents. You will also be required to contribute towards the cleanliness and tidiness of the premises.

You must be ICT competent and able to communicate effectively. It is essential that you have a non-judgmental calm and supportive approach.
