As a Mobile Home Finance Manager youll work flexibly and independently guiding new and existing customers through the home loan journey from start to finish. Youll make the process smooth rewarding and personalwhile also introducing customers to banking solutions that support their broader financial goals.
Your impact will extend beyond individual customers. Youll build and nurture referral relationships with key partnersreal estate agents accountants and other professionalsensuring a steady stream of opportunities and a strong presence in your local community.

What do I need
- Established referral networks and a strong ability to foster customer relationships through external partnerships.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing lending role ideally with a track record of success in mobile or residential lending.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the home lending process and Westpacs product suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence with customers.
- A commitment to exceeding customer expectations through outstanding service and relationship-building.
