This team member will be responsible for:
- Compliance with all applicable federal state local & SA Recycling rules regulations policies & procedures;
- Communicate with different state agencies to regarding permits
- Update spreadsheets website and database with permitting information
- Requesting checks and paying permit renewals
- Communicate with yards regarding permits and inspections
- Maintain Permits/Licenses for a specified region.
- Maintain and update permits database;
- Update spreadsheets website and database with permitting information;
- File scan review files records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests;
- Work well with permitting and legal department
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum two years previous administrative experience
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills required;
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks;
- High School diploma or equivalent required;
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word etc.);
- Basic mathematical skills required
- Self-motivated highly organized and detail-oriented
- Aptitude for learning.

Physical Demand Level: Light to Moderate
Work Capacity: Lifting & carrying 35lb loads bending kneeling and sitting for long periods.
