Job Summary
is currently seeking a full-time Test Technician for one of our partners that is a well-established manufacturing company serving multiple this position you will execute intricate assembly processes implement manufacturing procedures and serve as a key technical advocate within the production team to ensure efficiency accuracy and safety improvements in assembly operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality manufacturing solutions and services that meet customer specifications while maintaining cost-effectiveness
- Identify and implement process enhancements and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Use specialized tools and equipment to create analyze and validate documentation production processes and manufacturing outputs
- Apply technical knowledge of manufacturing workflows product specifications and quality requirements
- Perform assigned tasks following good manufacturing practices and company-established procedures under appropriate supervision
- Assist and guide production line operators with technical support and operational guidance
- Safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining proper process controls risk awareness and setup protocols
Requirements
Minimum of one (1) year completed of an Associates degree OR completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics Manufacturing Engineering or Science
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered
Preferred Qualifications
One (1) or more years of related manufacturing experience
