Were seeking an experienced Account Manager III to lead strategic relationships with mid-sized and enterprise clients. This role requires a consultative approach advanced data-driven insights and the ability to mentor junior team members while driving measurable client outcomes. Youll manage complex portfolios lead strategic planning sessions and develop scalable growth strategies that strengthen client partnerships and expand product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large and complex client portfolios (100250 employees) with flexibility to support accounts over 250 employees.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions with senior client stakeholders.
- Drive client outcomes through data analysis forecasting and actionable insights.
- Develop and execute scalable account growth strategies to expand product adoption.
- Accurately forecast revenue and manage pipeline using CRM tools.
- Serve as a trusted advisor building strong relationships and ensuring long-term retention.
- Mentor junior account managers and contribute to team development documentation and best practices.
