Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient management of middle-market personal lines accounts providing exceptional service to the clients and supporting the overall success of the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and personal lines with a proven ability to manage accounts from start to finish.
Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $85000 annually (up to $90000 for highly qualified candidates with extensive experience and AMS 360 proficiency).
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k).
Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines Account Manager your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing middle-market personal lines accounts including excess markets and higher-level accounts.
- Providing end-to-end servicing of accounts including quoting new and renewal business.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilizing AMS 360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications/Requirements
To be successful in this role you should possess the following:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and personal lines.
- Licenses/Designations: Relevant licenses and designations are required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
- Work Ethic: A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing accounts and supporting team operations.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
