Position Summary:
Were seeking passionate service-driven individuals to join our team as Servers. As the face of the restaurant youll deliver an engaging high-energy dining experience guiding guests through our menu of flavorful dishes creative cocktails and shared plates while ensuring every detail of service exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage guests with genuine hospitality creating a memorable and welcoming experience.
Present menu knowledgeably offering thoughtful recommendations on food cocktails tequila and mezcal selections.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them efficiently into the POS system.
Deliver food and drinks promptly ensuring presentation and quality meet restaurant standards.
Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive attentive service throughout the dining experience.
Collaborate with hosts bartenders and kitchen staff to maintain seamless service flow.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all guest areas and service stations.
Handle payments accurately and follow all cash-handling procedures.
Uphold health safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a full-service high-volume restaurant preferred.
Strong communication skills and a guest-first attitude.
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
Knowledge of Mexican cuisine tequila and craft cocktails is a plus.
Must be at least 18 years old and able to work nights weekends and holidays.
