The CoreLife Exercise Specialist position is an essential role within the care model tasked with creating an immersive and energetic environment to increase the use of movement as a treatment tool.

We are looking for an Exercise Specialist to join our Pineville NC office Mon-Thurs (10-hr workday) off on Fridays and will primarily:

Discuss and remove any barriers in addition to facilitating positive exercise experiences. Patients enter the CoreLife program apprehensive about beginning an exercise routine.
Develop and implement movement plans to help reduce pain better perform daily activities for patients and execute tailored fitness programs using corrective and functional exercise practices.
Perform one-on-one and small-group exercises.
Work with a collaborative team of clinicians registered dietitians and behavioral health specialists.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Exercise related field (preferred)
Certification in Personal Training from nationally recognized organization (e.g. NASM ACE ACSM) (must be active)
Current CPR/AED certification
Previous experience with group fitness instruction is a plus but not necessary.
