TITLE: Digital Software Engineer

DUTIES: Responsible for taking technology innovations to the next level. Developing production grade code throughvision definition planning executiondeploymentand sustainment. Partner with Product Management tobuild great customer experiences. Work with technology leadership toidentifynew technologiesandtechniques that can improve our overall platform performance and ultimate customer experience. Manageconsistency reliabilitysupportabilityand observability across our services. Effectively communicate to pullpeople together and enable them to find solutions to challenges theyencounter. Analyze product tradeoffsand deliver simple and intuitive products that just work. Develop andmaintainrelationships with diverseteams spanning all organizational levels. Model and actin accordance withMGM mission and values.

SCHEDULE: 40 hoursper week Monday through Friday

SALARY: $110802per year

REQUIREMENTS: At least abachelors degree in computer science Computer Engineering Engineering or related field of studyand three (3) years of experience as aSoftware Developer Software Engineer or related role where experience was gained.Also requires 3 years of experience in the following:

Delivering commercial cloud and backend software products and services at enterprise to internet scale;

Software layers including UI service datastoreand communication layers.

Software engineering best practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processestesting and operations.

Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design data structures algorithm design problem solving and complexity analysis; and

State of technology to inform the technical designdevelopmentand standards across the software platform.
