Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cash handling and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle cash credit and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
Issue receipts refunds and change to customers as required.
Maintain and balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
Follow proper cash handling and accounting procedures.
Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Report daily cash summaries and discrepancies to management.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar role.

Strong numerical and attention-to-detail skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of POS systems and computer operations.

High school diploma or equivalent.
