Job Description:
Youll be the crucial first point of contact for business owners who are actively seeking funding solutions for their ventures. Instead of chasing cold leads youll work with pre-qualified prospects who are already interested in the services making your job about closing deals rather than generating interest. Youll play a direct role in helping entrepreneurs access the capital they need while building your own earning potential through a performance-based compensation structure.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales calls from pre-qualified business owners and entrepreneurs seeking funding
- Collect $500 retainer payments from interested prospects during initial conversations
- Secure signed agreements through professional consultation and relationship building
- Transfer successfully closed clients to the fulfillment team for service delivery
- Conduct strategic follow-up calls with prospects who need additional touchpoints
- Maintain professional communication that represents the companys brand and values
- Navigate CRM systems to send agreements and track client progress efficiently
- Build rapport quickly with business decision-makers to establish trust and credibility
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferably in B2B environments
- Strong closing skills with proven ability to collect payments and secure commitments
- Experience in financial services
- Excellent verbal communication skills with confident phone presence
- Experience handling inbound sales calls and managing client objections professionally
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with business owners and entrepreneurs
- Bonus if you have experience with CRM systems and digital agreement processes
