Job Summary
- Lead the implementation and execution of Production Order Execution (PEO) processes in SAP S/4HANA.
- Translate complex business requirements into high-quality SAP solutions using modern production execution technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) model to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Conduct detailed business process analysis prepare functional designs (RICEF) and configure SAP PP/PEO modules.
- Facilitate workshops conduct system demos perform fit-gap analysis and drive change management activities.
- Ensure alignment with SAP Keep the Core Clean principles and support the development of custom operator dashboards.
- Integrate SAP PP/PEO processes with quality costing warehousing and other SAP modules.
- 10 years of experience in SAP PP/PEO within high-tech complex assembly manufacturing environments.
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA configuration for Production Planning Production Order Execution BOM routing and master data.
- Strong experience in process documentation (As-Is/To-Be) solution design test scenarios and functional specifications.
- Deep understanding of production processes such as scheduling rework disassembly IKIT management and production version management.
- Experience in variant configuration parameter effectivity and order change management with impact analysis.
- Proficiency in PEO tools including labor tracking tool usage barcode label printing data collection and operator dashboards.
- Hands-on experience working with SAFe methodology integration interfaces RICEF development ABAP enhancements and smart forms.
- Convert business demands into scalable and future-ready SAP PP/PEO solutions.
- Document validate challenge and improve business requirements.
- Deliver end-to-end SAP implementations while maintaining system integrity and performance.
- Coordinate effectively with technical teams to manage developments enhancements and testing.
- Troubleshoot issues optimize processes and ensure continuous improvement in production execution.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking stakeholder engagement and problem-solving abilities.
