We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process team. This role involves handling customer queries ensuring quick resolutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction across phone and chat channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls & chat support for international customers.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer queries.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain service quality standards.
Requirements
Requirements
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
03 years of experience in international voice process or customer service.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Must be comfortable working in night shifts (US / Australia time zones).
Age: 18 30 years.

Contract Role (3 months): 19000 take-home 5000 retention bonus after completion of 3 months (No PF)
