Hours: Full-time permanent
4 days a week in oofice one day WFH

Our client is expanding their professional advisory team and now seeks a Licensing Administrator to support the preparation submission and management of short-term let licensing and planning applications across Scotland and the wider UK.
About the Role
As Licensing Administrator youll provide key administrative and coordination support to ensure applications documentation and client communications run smoothly. This is a hands-on varied role in a professional environment where youll be trained in all aspects of licensing administration compliance tracking and local authority processes.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing submitting and tracking licensing and planning applications.
Managing client information digital files and data entry using systems such as Google Drive Trello and Excel.
Communicating with clients local councils and licensing authorities to obtain updates and resolve queries.
Supporting compliance and documentation processes across multiple cases.
Maintaining accurate databases reports and project timelines.
Creating formatting and updating letters forms and supporting documents.
Ensuring deadlines are met and all sensitive data is handled confidentially.
Skills & Experience
Previous administrative licensing or compliance experience (property or planning background an advantage).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office Google Workspace and other digital tools.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
A positive can-do attitude with willingness to learn.
