Typical Day:
Assist in recruitment activities including monitoring job boards scheduling interviews processing applications and maintaining candidate records.
Scheduling and Conducting interviews ensuring reports are submitted weekly.
Maintain and update employee files ensuring that all records are complete accurate and compliant with relevant laws.
Coordinate the onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
Track employee training dates and schedule refresher training to avoid expirations.
Coordinate HR-related meetings and training sessions.
Prepare and maintain HR reports documents and correspondence.
Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits policies and procedures.
Assist with HR-related databases and systems for tracking attendance leave requests and other employee records.
Enter and remove employees from the HR/Payroll system as they are hired and terminated.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies maintain confidentiality in all matters.
Answer phones greet guests and assist with maintaining the office flow.

Knowledge & Skills:
Education:
o High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
o 2 years of HR /Administrative experience
o Strong oral and written communication skills
o Strong attention to detail
o Ability to multitask
o Ability to work with the Microsoft Office suite and Power Point
o Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets
o Ability to type 45 words per minute
Other requirements:
o Valid Drivers License
