The Role: Build a Proactive Insight-Driven CS Function
As Head of Customer Success youll lead our team in our customer segment and report to our CCO. Youll have two CS leaders reporting to you (Norway & Sweden) and a team of 19 CS professionals across our hubs (primarily Oslo Stockholm and Sarpsborg). Expect some travel to stay close to teams and customers.
This role connects strategy and execution: youll inspire and equip teams to move from reactive support to proactive health-score-driven engagement that builds trust drives adoption and fuels retention and growth.
