Are you passionate about IT security and eager to grow your career in Identity & Access Management (IAM) At NIBC were looking for a motivated (junior) IAM Engineer to join our dynamic team. Youll play a key role in managing and optimizing our IAM applications including Active Directory Entra ID and SailPoint while working closely with business and IT stakeholders.

What will you do

As a (Junior) IAM Consultant youll support the functional management and continuous improvement of IAM systems. Youll help ensure secure and efficient access to our IT landscape while learning to translate business needs into technical solutions. Youll work in a multidisciplinary team and contribute to agile initiatives that enhance our IAM capabilities.

As an IAM engineer you play a key role in our organization. You are always on the lookout for innovative solutions for achieving the strategic goals of business and IT departments. Furthermore the application manager:

• Supports the application management of IAM tools: Active Directory Entra ID and SailPoint;
• Assists in analyzing and resolving software and system-related issues;
• Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements;
• Contributes to IAM-related projects and backlog initiatives;
• Helps monitor service levels and support continuous service improvement;
• Maintains accurate configuration data in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB);
• Ensures periodic access reviews are performed in a timely and accurate manner;
• Liaises with internal and external auditors for our regulatory and compliance obligations.

The team is part of the staff of the CTO domain (Information Technology Data Management and Operations) and directly reports to the Head of IRSQ (Risk & Security IAM and Quality Management).
