Job Summary
Location: Cairns Far North Queensland
Employment Type: Full-time (3840 hours per week)
Start Date: ASAP (willing to wait up to 2 weeks for the right candidate)

About the Role
This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone ready to build a career in an essential and rewarding industry.
Youll receive hands-on training in all areas of cleaning and pest control including carpet and upholstery cleaning tile and grout restoration and vacate cleans.
No prior experience is required just a great attitude willingness to learn and commitment to quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform carpet upholstery tile and grout cleaning to a professional standard
- Assist with vacate and general property cleans
- Support pest control treatments and inspections (training provided)
- Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness
- Represent the company with professionalism and customer focus
Candidate Requirements
- Current manual drivers licence and clean driving record
- Own transport preferred (upgrade to company vehicle after qualifying period)
- Reliable physically fit and hands-on
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to train and grow
- Open to long-term employment and committed to completing 36 months of structured training
- Great communication skills and pride in presentation
