As a Registration Associate youll play a key role in maintaining accurate shareholder records performing account setup and static data maintenance and ensuring full compliance with Ireland AML/CTF regulations. What Youll Do

• Perform account setup and static data maintenance on shareholder registers.

• Deliver high-quality accurate work that meets client and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct quality control reviews of transactions and client correspondence.

• Ensure all client deliverables and deadlines are consistently achieved.

• Escalate issues promptly and professionally where required.

• Maintain awareness of key Transfer Agency risk and fraud controls.
