PL Assistant Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented PL Assistant Account Manager to join a dynamic this role you will assist in managing a portfolio of accounts building strong client relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills to contribute to the success of the team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support for Account Managers in managing client portfolios.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to meet client needs and objectives.
- Act as a point of contact for assigned clients addressing inquiries solving problems and providing exceptional customer service.
- Ensure data accuracy by updating and maintaining account records in the system.
- Prepare client presentations proposals and reports to support Account Managers during meetings.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to clients.
- Communicate effectively and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide relevant insights and innovation for team and client needs.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure seamless transitions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience in account management customer service or related roles is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $70k-$75k (based on experience).
