About the Role:
As Head of Volunteering Training and Wellbeing youll lead the day-to-day running and development of three key areas to support Demelzas strategic objectives:
Volunteering ensuring our volunteers feel welcomed supported and valued. Driving innovation engagement and compliance through robust systems and processes.
Training coordinating creating and delivering learning opportunities for employees and volunteers from induction to ongoing development.
Wellbeing helping us create an environment where people feel safe and supported.
Youll provide leadership for a team of nine work closely with colleagues across the charity and make sure our people feel looked after and ready to make a difference.
Were looking for someone who:
Has experience managing volunteering programmes or people learning and development.
Is organised approachable and confident working with people at all levels.
Enjoys improving systems and solving problems.
Cares deeply about inclusion and wellbeing.
