The role

Were seeking a passionate Transfer Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Trading 212 team. You will play a crucial role in the implementation and success of our newly introduced Portfolio Transfers feature. This innovative offering allows our clients to transfer their portfolios of Stocks ETFs and cash seamlessly in a paperless and cost-free manner.

What youll do

• Evaluate incoming and outgoing transfer requests for accuracy completeness and compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols

• Coordinate and oversee the transfer of stocks ETFs and cash

• Monitor and anticipate upcoming corporate actions implementing appropriate measures to address potential impacts on portfolio transfers

• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline transfer processes and ensure timely execution

• Proactively identify and resolve any discrepancies or potential issues throughout the transfer process collaborating with internal teams and external parties as needed

• Ensure precise reconciliation of incoming securities settlements to maintain accurate records

• Monitor internal systems to optimise operational efficiency and address any potential disruptions promptly

• Contribute to business development projects under the guidance of senior team members

What you need to have

• Undergraduate degree (Bachelors) or Masters in Finance Economics Accounting or a related quantitative field.

• Good understanding of financial markets

• Experience with MS Office with solid expertise in Excel

• Relentless drive to learn

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment

• Great problem-solving skills to find smart and practical solutions

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have

• Fundamental understanding of corporate actions

• Knowledge of SQL

• Experience with Refinitiv Bloomberg or alternative financial data providers
