Whats the role
In this pivotal leadership role youll oversee the strategic delivery and governance of Property & Security (P&S) projects and supplier partnerships. Youll ensure projects are delivered efficiently safely and in alignment with Westpacs broader objectives and drive performance compliance and continuous improvement across our supplier network.
This role is more than governance- its about leading transformation uplifting governance practices and inspiring your team through change. Youll play a key role in shaping the future of how we deliver partner and innovate contributing to Westpacs bold ambition to be one of the worlds best workplaces with a strong sense of purpose and vision.
Full-time Hybrid Based in Sydney
What do I need
Were looking for a strategic thinker and experienced leader who can bring structure insight and influence to complex programs. Youll bring:
Deep practical knowledge and experience in project and supplier governance from defining frameworks to ensuring their sustainable application
Proven experience leading capital works and corporate fit-out projects
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
A sharp understanding of risk compliance and regulatory frameworks (CPS230 knowledge a plus)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels
