Job Summary

SHIFT: 12 HOUR 3-2-2 ROTATING SHIFT. NIGHT SHIFT is from 6:45pm-7am!!

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for the NIGHT SHIFT with the below qualifications:

Professional Attributes

Machine maintenance
Troubleshooting repair and improvement of complex plastics processing and ancillary equipment
Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to increase equipment reliability
Coordinate and implement preventative maintenance activities
Other roles/duties may be assigned as necessary to assist the Company in the attainment of its goals and objectives
Maintain clean & safe work area clear of obstacles and/or scrap product tools etc
Must always use correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Follow all safety procedures; must obey all Lock Out/Tag Out and/or Confined Space Entry regulations
Comply with ISO 9001 policies and procedures

Desired Skills and Experience

High School Diploma GED or equivalent or previously demonstrated experience
Electrical and mechanical knowledge
Ability to troubleshoot production equipment
Knowledge of electronics (PLC included) hydraulics pneumatics and robotics is a plus
Work in a team environment
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
Must be able to 55-60 lbs. occasionally during the day
Must be able to climb on machines towers silos and/or buildings
Must be able to fit in a confined space for periods of time
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and carrying up to 25 lbs
Frequent pushing pulling twisting balancing and stooping
