Job Summary

TITLE: Senior Project Manager - TPI

LOCATION: Everett WA

The TerraPower Isotopes (TPI) division has been established to pursue medical isotopes development--advancing nuclear science for significant human health benefits. We seek to support revolutionary radiotherapies for treatments of various cancers through the supply of radioisotopes. TerraPower currently has unique access to a supply of thorium for the long-term production of actinium-225 in the growing alpha therapy market and intends to expand into other nuclear related medical treatments.

Senior Project Manager - TPI

TerraPower Isotopes (TPI) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the design construction and commissioning of a state-of-the-art cGMP radiopharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This role provides critical project management leadership and orchestration of multiple project teams across all phases of this facility which requires detailed technical design including integration of radiological hot cells specialized HVAC systems while meeting stringent FDA and NRC regulations. The Senior Project Manager will report to the Principal Project Manager and work closely with a TPI multidisciplinary team as well as external consultants vendors and owners representatives to ensure the project is delivered safely on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Manage project cost schedule scope and quality using industry-standard project management methodologies (PMBOK Agile etc.).

Drive and hold project teams accountable for achieving project deliverables while staying within schedule and meeting technical performance requirements.

Drive vendor and contractor performance ensuring compliance with FDA NRC and cGMP requirements.

Monitor project health through integrated scheduling earned value and risk management tools.

Maintain clear communication and alignment across engineering procurement construction QA and business stakeholders.

Maintain accurate project documentation including risk-registers change logs and executive reporting.

Identify escalate and resolve project conflicts and issues serving as a primary point of contact for assigned workstreams.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

B.S degree with M.S MBA or advanced degree preferred in Engineering Chemistry Pharmacy or related subject or relevant similar experience

10 years of project management experience in a regulated environment (pharma nuclear aerospace or similar).

Demonstrated success in directly managing large complex capital projects

Familiarity with cleanroom containment (hot cell and glovebox) and facility retrofit projects strongly preferred

Strong working knowledge of project management software such as MS Project Primavera or equivalent.

Proficiency with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) risk management and integrated scheduling tools.

PMP certification (or equivalent) preferred.

Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Quality by Design (QbD) and validation protocols.

Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including executive-level reporting.

The successful candidate will possess a high degree of trust and integrity communicate openly and display respect and a desire to foster teamwork.

Work Conditions: Stairs typing/keyboard standard and/or sitting working environment of >8 hrs/day.

TerraPowers technology is controlled for export by various agencies of the U.S. Government. Job details:

Salary Range Level 11: $- $208027

Salary Range Level 12: $168316 - $252475

*We typically place offers in the lower to middle portion of the range to maintain internal equity and allow room for growth. Any salary offered within the posted salary band is based on market data and commensurate with the selected individuals qualifications experience. This range is specific to Washington State.
