Job Responsibilities

As a DC General Warehouse associate you will be required to:

• Receive verify and stock incoming inventory
• Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment to customers
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily efficiency targets
• Perform routine inventory audits to ensure accuracy
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies strictly

Hours: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm with overtime as required

$20 to start and eligible for performance based incentives of up to $5.50/hr for high performers!

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role you must:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience
• Demonstrate proven experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Have basic computer skills for inventory and shipping processes
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Be willing to work flexible hours including some weekends
• Have a strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
