Presbyterian is seeking an experienced RN Educator for Hospice and Home Health to join our team. The nurse educator will serve as a consultant researcher instructional designer evaluator and clinical practice expert supporting the professional development needs of nursing staff across the organization. This role collaborates with interprofessional teams to enhance clinical practice and promote excellence in patient care. The RN Educator plays a key role in supporting the educational components of clinical initiatives within both Hospice and Home Health settings.

Licensure & Certifications: Required: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Mexico or a Compact State and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred: Specialty certification in nursing informatics or education (e.g. CNE NE-BC or equivalent). Additional emergency response certifications (ACLS PALS NRP TNCC) may be required based on area of assignment.
Education:
Required: Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN).
Preferred: Masters degree in Nursing Nursing Education Education Instructional Design Leadership Business Administration or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in nursing preferably within Hospice or Home Health settings. Demonstrated expertise in clinical practice adult education and staff development.
