Job Summary
Seeking dynamic and relationship-driven Sales Producers to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Competitive ranging from $60000 to $250000 based on experience and book size.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients focusing on networking and business development.
- Develop and grow a book of business targeting clients with 50 employees ideally in the 100-500 employee range.
- Provide exceptional service to clients balancing sales efforts with hands-on servicing as needed.
- Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to leverage resources and tools for success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries including real estate manufacturing and other verticals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and continuously develop expertise in Employee Benefits and/or Commercial Lines.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in sales with a focus on Employee Benefits or Commercial Lines.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed and grow your book of business.
- Willingness to learn and adapt particularly in areas such as self-funded vs. fully insured markets.
- Experience in industries such as real estate or manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a supportive team.
- Minimum book of business in the $50000 revenue range is preferred.
