The Demand team is composed of forward thinking and energetic online advertising experts that help bring Equativs programmatic and managed service solutions to market. They build long-term relationships with the most strategic Demand partners representing some of the largest players in the AdTech industry guiding them to maximise their investment.
The Demand department is a critical component of driving Equativ adoption and shaping the future of an industry leader. You will report directly to the Head of Demand Spain.
What we are looking for:
Proactive diligent and energetic sales person with an established network of contacts within media agencies
The ability to build trust with your clients solve problems and identify solutions.
A solid understanding of how a media industry operates
Proven track record of delivering commercial success in a programmatic role.
Knowledge and an understanding of the value proposition provided programmatic media
Sales orientated and a hunter focused on identifying new business opportunities along with the ability to influence a change in buyer behaviour to increase revenue
Creative open-minded and someone with an entrepreneurial spirit
A keen interest in the key trends moving the industry forwards. (Such as Curation Retail media)
Ability to Learn fast and act quickly
Your role will be to:
Build up manage and execute a pipeline of new business
Be an ambassador for Equativ within the Spanish media industry.
Be present with your clients at industry events and in meetings
Define target markets/verticals lead generation processes and pipelines.
Document interactions and follow-ups in Salesforce and other internal tools.
Securing and conducting on-site sales meetings with agencies and advertisers.
Running and overseeing the full sales lifecycle for your prospective and recurring clients
Liaise with our Client Services team to build custom campaigns for premium programmatic activity and support revenue growth.
Develop a very good understanding of the programmatic marketplace Equativ productsincluding the operations of the Equativ Buyer Connect curation platform.
Articulate and address technical issues creating solutions where possible
To operate and grow business with Spain based digital buyers at media agencies trading desks and direct advertisers.
Build strong relationships with buyers through regular meetings calls provision of inventory reports and recommendations.
Collaborate with local and central teams across the business to ensure the best outcomes for your campaigns from operations and account management to product and marketing.
You will ensure focus is maintained on objectives that will have the biggest impact.
Grow awareness around our ad inventory offering and create a reputation of excellence for Equativ in the marketplace.
About you
Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing
10 years experience in digital sales
Strong network on the demand side especially among agencies ATDs brands;
Hands-on experience working with Trading Desks DSPs DMPs data providers or other programmatic platforms
Sales orientated focused on identifying new business opportunities using knowledge and credibility to change customer behavior and increase revenue
Creative and open-minded
Entrepreneurial spirit and know-how to identify opportunities with good networking on the demand side
