Your Tasks

• Watering the plants
• Cleaning Coffee machine
• Performing light handy work and small repairs
• Assisting with general clean-up actions and office tidiness
• Preparing meeting rooms
• Refilling the fridge (drinks) and sweets
• Receiving and sending post & packages
• Front Desk: Answering phone welcoming visitors
• Assisting with PR events including setup and cleanup

Your Profile

• Youre currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program
• Proactive self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on and well organised
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Available to work approximately 16 hours per week
