What Youll Do:

• Engage homeowners directly at their residences to introduce Lifestyle Home Products and True North Bath Remodel.
• Pre-qualify homeowner interest in our products and services.
• Schedule qualified in-home consultation appointments for our sales team.
• Accurately log homeowner information and appointment details using our mobile CRM app.
• Represent our brands professionally and ethically in all field activities.

Key Deliverables:

• 6-12 qualified leads/appointments per week (12-25 hours/week flexible evenings/week weekends).

Who Are You:

• Outgoing confident and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection positively.
• Self-motivated ethical and customer-service oriented.
• Comfortable using mobile CRM applications and GPS tools.
• Prior canvassing or sales experience is preferred but not required we provide comprehensive training!

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward top performers:

• Hourly Base Pay: $21/hour
• Incentives:
  • Demo Bonus: $45 per qualified in-home consultation (demo).
• Earning Potential: High-performing representatives can average $750 - $1000 per week combining base pay and demo bonuses.
• Mileage Reimbursement: mileage/gas reimbursement
