Job Title: Senior Associate Systems Engineer
Job Description:
- Supports development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures
- Perform operational analysis and develop concept of operations design and implementation plans for complex electronic/mechanical systems
- Develop test plans procedures & cases
- Conduct hands-on tests and document results
- Use software tools analysis tools and hardware troubleshooting tools to evaluate/predict system performance in various environments
- Analyze and recommend updates to systems requirements from end systemsand users
- Develop and deliver presentations to communicate systems engineering plans and status to internal and external customers
Qualifications:
- To be eligible applicants must be pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Systems EngineeringElectrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science Physics Mathematics Aviation Aerospace Engineering or have completed their Bachelors degree within the last 12 months regardless of age.
- To be eligible ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearances as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Coursework and/or experience in systems engineering systems architecture systems analysis and design system performance modeling integration and/or project management and/or model-based systems engineering
- Familiar with systems engineering tools such as MagicDraw DOORs Jira Confluence
In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in the Greater D.C area is $79000 - $146500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
