RN Manager, Skilled Home Care

We are seeking an RN Nurse Manager to join our Adult & Pediatric Nursing team in Elmsford NY. This is a fantastic opportunity for an RN with strong clinical skills and a heart for mentoring others who is ready to take the next step into leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role youll guide and support our nursing team while ensuring families receive the highest level of care. Every day looks a little different but you can expect to:

Lead & Support

• Supervise and mentor RN Designees RNs LPNs and home health staff
• Provide clinical guidance for complex cases and emergencies

Ensure Quality Care

• Complete initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Utilizing the support of the RN Designee visit team facilitate and/or conduct supervisory visits to make sure care is safe effective and family-centered

Collaborate & Communicate

• Work closely with physicians therapists schools and families
• Partner with our intake and scheduling teams for smooth transitions of care

Grow the Team

• Participate in hiring onboarding and developing new nursing staff
• Promote best practices in infection control medication safety and patient education

What Were Looking For

• RN license in NY (required)
• 2 years of nursing experience (home care or pediatrics a plus)
• Trach/vent experience- or a strong interest in learning
• A natural leader who enjoys teaching mentoring and problem-solving
• Willingness to travel locally for supervisory visits with flexibility to do virtual visits after 6 (six) months of employment.
• Able to travel to Westchester Orange and Rockland County.

Leadership experience is a plus but not required. This is a great opportunity for a skilled RN ready to step into management.

Salary- Starting at $110000 / year plus a $5000 bonus!
