Job Summary

Are you someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a role that brings something new each day At Healthcare Plus Pilsen were looking for a Caregiver Floater to join our compassionate team. This position plays a vital role in supporting both our clients and caregivers ensuring that no one goes without care when extra help is needed. Youll have the opportunity to work in both our Pilsen office and directly with clients in their homes providing meaningful care and reliable support wherever its needed most.

What Youll Do

As a Caregiver Floater youll help keep daily operations running smoothly and make sure clients continue to receive the quality care they deserve. Your key responsibilities will include:

Filling in when caregivers are unavailable and helping start new cases.
Assisting clients with personal care including bathing dressing grooming and mobility support.
Supporting daily living activities like meal preparation light housekeeping shopping and laundry.
Providing companionship ensuring clients well-being and reporting any changes in condition.
Maintaining accurate documentation of client visits and promptly communicating any concerns to supervisors.
Assisting the office team with paperwork documentation and organization when not assigned to a client.

Schedule and Location

This is a full-time position Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Youll be based in the Pilsen area splitting your time between the office and local client visits.

Qualifications

Were looking for someone dependable compassionate and adaptable with:

A high school diploma or GED
A valid drivers license reliable vehicle clean driving record and car insurance
The ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfort working in various home environments (pets smoking or cluttered spaces)
