Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced self-starting individual to join our company as a Deli Manager. This person is responsible for the deli department and team you supervise deli employees creating schedules implementing merchandising and sales initiatives and ensuring superb customer service in every customer interaction. You work with the Store Manager to determine the delis needs and is a plus but willing to train the right individual who can excel in a fast-paced deli environment and our ideal candidate has strong customer service communication and organizational skills in addition to proven experience leading and supervising other workers.
