The Global Operations EMEA / Ireland Talent Management Team is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Principal Talent Management Specialist to help shape and deliver our talent strategy across the region.
This role is located can be located in on eof our three sites in Ireland (Clonmel Cork or Galway) howveer flexibility to travel between all three locations as required is essntial.
Purpose
This role supports the execution of Boston Scientifics mission by designing and delivering organization development solutions that enable a culture of high engagement innovation and performance. Supports HR leaders and Centers of Excellence to drive strategic Talent Management initiatives that support business transformation and growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Understands business needs and priorities and translating these into talent development strategies aligned to global TM strategy
- Design and implement Organizational Development solutions frameworks and interventions aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate across the HR Operating Model and embed Organizational Development practices across the organization.
- Support the enterprise-widetalent management processesfor Global operations including performance management succession planning and career architecture to deploy and deliver in the region
- Drive performance and development through enterprise-wide talent processes that promote clear goal setting regular growth-focused conversations and career development planning across all levels.
- Design and maintain scalable engagingonboarding processesthat ensure consistent integration of new hires
- Act as a regional key resource for organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives
- Responsible for shaping coordinating and delivering initiatives that build organizational capability strengthen a culture of learning and celebrate employee growth.
- Designs and develops learning solutions to improve organizational and leadership effectiveness
Qualifications & Experience
- Hons Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Organisation Development HR psychology business).
- Minimum of 10 years experience in organisation development change management or related field.
- Experience in large scale matrix organisations preferable.
- Strong project management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects in a large scale organisation.
- Qualification in coaching is a distinct advantage. All applicants must be able to demonstrate coaching competencies.
- Travel to our 3 sites in Ireland is required for this role.
