About the role
We are looking for an individual with experience in the energy industry with a love for data detail and building relationships to join us. Should you be new to the industry an experience of working within a finance or data driven role including invoicing and/or billing would be beneficial.
As a us a Bureau Analystyou will play a key role in validating utility invoices and meter readings generating insightful reports and ensuring seamless tenancy changes for our clients.
We are seeking someone who thrives in a data-driven environment. You should be highly detail-oriented proactive and confident in communicating with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
- Previous experience of working as a bureau analyst and/or a solid understanding of all components of a utilities bill or metering would be highly desirable
- Analytical skills with an interest in detail
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel with the confidence to manipulate and format data using formulas
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss and resolve complex issues with suppliers clients and internal stakeholders alike both digitally and in person
- Thrive in learning and adapting to new systems as we drive ongoing innovation and improvement
