- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Psychology or a related field.
- Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities specifically Autism Spectrum Disorders in homes and community settings.
Job Specification
The clinic provides applied behavior analysis services to children with autism ages 2-7 years old.
Job Duties and Other Information
- Manages a caseload of clients and monitor their progress.
- Provides direct 1:1 and group ABA therapy.
- Provides parent/guardian/family training.
- Writes Treatment plans and assessments.
- Provide direct-line supervision of a team of specialist and contractors registered line technicians.
- Provide initial and ongoing training to staff regarding how to implement behavioral programming with clients.
- Complete medical records and other documentation in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with policy and procedure.
- Complete progress notes and sign at the time of service in compliance with charting and billing requirement.
- Develops daily schedule for staff to follow.

Appointment Type: Unclassified
Work Schedule: 10 hours per day Monday - Thursday
Location: Capital Area Human Services Districts Childrens ASCEND Clinic.
Salary: Salary is based on qualifications.
