Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing this role you will support the sales department in managing client relationships coordinating communications preparing sales materials and assisting with administrative and operational tasks. This position plays an essential role in ensuring the efficiency and success of our sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in coordinating client communications and scheduling.

  • Prepare sales reports presentations and documentation as needed.

  • Manage and update client databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Support the team in achieving sales goals and maintaining client satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflows and deliverables.

  • Handle inquiries and follow up on potential leads professionally and promptly.
