Assoc Software Quality Engineer

What you get to do in this role: 

• Maintain existing automation test frameworks
• Collect and report quality metrics from test execution
• Work with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them
• Create comprehensive test plans execute and automate them
• Support engineering organizations in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and dev/test environments

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
• 0 years of experience with technologies relevant to ServiceNow
• Knowledge of programming or scripting language such as JavaScript Python or Ruby
• High level of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to test a system using techniques such as unit testing run manual test cases design an integration vs unit vs manual strategy design a test reporting system run load testing figure out what to benchmark.
• Some working knowledge and ability to use tools (such as IDE debugger build tools source control ServiceNow instances profilers system administration/Unix tools) to assist with daily tasks

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $88200 - $127800 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
