As a VP Team Leader in Brokerage Recordkeeping Technology organization you will be responsible for the stability to the Fidelity Brokerage Platform. You will help define and evolve the vision strategy and mission and ensure continued alignment and prioritization of work with other key initiatives while focusing on delivering a resilient and reliable platform. This role is part of the BRT R4 organization and you will partner with other Fidelity leaders across the brokerage recordkeeping technology platform focused on 4 key pillars:
You will support multiple team leaders as they improve value delivered through prioritization creativity innovation collaboration and decision making and encourage them to work iteratively innovate through experimentation and learn from failures while celebrating success. You are committed to developing your own knowledge and bring the latest thinking to your role to empower others with that knowledge.
