Were looking for a talented Health and Safety Advisor to help us keep the good energy flowing.
In this role youll be part of a team delivering H&S best practice to Clarus operations and activities. Youll be joining a supportive team in a hybrid working environment who work within an atmosphere where autonomy and flexibility compliments the challenging and interesting work environment.
You can expect to:
- Assist with delivery of our HSEQ Plan working within the broader People Safety and Sustainability (PSS) team.
- Provide H&S technical advice and support to employees contractors and other stakeholders.
- Promote the use and continuous development of safety management systems standards and tools throughout the business.
- Support Hazard and Risk Management (initial review monitoring).
- Perform H&S data monitoring analysis and reporting.
This role is based at our Bell Block (Taranaki) office.
Qualifications :
He aha tāu e kawe mai (What you will bring)
Along with your relevant health and safety qualifications and 5 years experience in health and safety you will have superior communication and influencing skills excellent writing skills - able to adjust to different audiences. Ideally youll also have experience with behavioural based safety observation programmes.
