Youll be the driving force behind our hiring efforts partnering closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams that power our innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (60%)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Manage job postings candidate screening interviews and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing.
HR Operations (20%)
- Administer onboarding offboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
- Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.
Employee Relations & Engagement (20%)
- Working with HRBP to support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
- Assist with the company newsletter and townhall document creation.
- Work closely with Finance Operations and Senior Leadership to ensure alignment between people strategy and business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field.
- 35 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in tech recruiting.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian and US employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
Compensation package:
- $65000 - $80000 CAD per year
- Fully remote working opportunity
