What youll do

  • Overall administration and management of the office space;

  • Communication with suppliers service providers technical support and oversight of the cleaning company;

  • Regular orders and inventory management of hygiene and office supplies including receiving deliveries;

  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a team;

  • Demonstrate responsibility toward tasks the work process and the office environment.

What you need to have

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or office support position;

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Completed higher education in Business Administration or a related field

  • Working proficiency in English (minimum level B2);

  • A proactive and responsible attitude with the ability to take initiative;

  • Experience organizing business travel is considered a strong advantage;

  • Availability to start within the next two months is also considered an advantage.
