Were on the lookout for enthusiastic passionate and highly motivated Peak Trade Casuals to join our friendly team. Recruitment for these roles will begin in August with start dates from mid-late September depending on store needs and candidate availability.

As a Peak Trade Team Member you will have the opportunity to create support and contribute to a high-performance culture ensuring that our customers have a great experience when shopping in our Stores in addition to: 

• Interacting with customers to assist them with their purchases.  
• Working as part of a team to deliver a positive in-store experience for our customers. 
• Deliver in-store customer service duties in line with standard procedures including assisting customers on the shop floor answering phone calls and fulfilling online orders. 
• Maintaining a high level of merchandising standards across the store.  

Please note our Peak Trade Casual Team Members must have availability to work the peak period (ranging from September 2025 to the start of February 2026). You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area. 

Qualifications :

• You have a passion for home appliances and consumer electronics. 
• Enthusiastic passionate and highly motivated 
• Customer focused and results driven 
• You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
