Job Description:
Your Role at Allison
As the Senior Manager HRIS you lead Allisons global HR systems strategy and execution overseeing the implementation optimization and governance of HRIS and workforce planning technology solutions including SAP SuccessFactors. You apply change management and continuous improvement principles to ensure each platform supports strategic HR initiatives and enhances business performance. You collaborate across HR IT Payroll and business teams to ensure systems align with organizational goals enhance the employee experience and drive operational excellence. You guide a team of HRIS professionals and vendor partners to deliver integrated data-driven solutions that support decision-making strengthen compliance and promote continuous improvement across Allisons HR technology landscape.
