Territory Sales Representative Agricultural Wholesale (Southern Minnesota & Northern Iowa)

Building on years of strong performance and exceptional customer satisfaction the company is now expanding its wholesale operations and seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a cutting-edge microbial stimulant product that has demonstrated outstanding results in enhancing soil health and crop performance.

Position Overview
The Territory Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding wholesale distribution across Southern Minnesota and Northern Iowa. This position is ideal for an individual who is deeply connected within the agricultural retail community possesses a solid agronomic foundation and excels in relationship-based sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with Ag retailers promoting product adoption and driving regional sales growth.


Qualifications :

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Agronomy Agriculture Business or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Proven success in agricultural sales preferably with experience in wholesale or retail distribution.
  • Strong knowledge of crop production soil health and biological products.
  • Established relationships within the Ag Retail network in Southern Minnesota and/or Northern Iowa.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated organized and able to work independently while managing a large territory.

Additional Information :

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $90000 $120000 annually (commensurate with experience)
  • Commission: Competitive performance-based commission structure
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package vehicle allowance and travel reimbursement
